I offer freelance digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Content Writing (Blogs, Web Pages, Product Descriptions)
• Google Business Profile Optimization
• Keyword Research & SEO Audits
• Lead generation tactics

These services are tailored on a case-by-case basis based on the project scope agreed upon with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback, revisions, or approvals.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content or assets you provide.

3. Payments and Pricing

• All payments are due according to the milestones or timelines outlined in the proposal or invoice.
• Accepted methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, etc.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the total invoice after 10 days of non-payment.
• No work will commence or be delivered unless the agreed deposit (usually 50%) is received.

4. Revisions and Edits

• Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise agreed.
• Revisions requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Edits must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final content or deliverables.
• I reserve the right to display non-confidential work samples in my portfolio for marketing purposes unless a prior NDA is signed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not to disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Either party may cancel a project with written notice.
• Refunds are not guaranteed after work has commenced.
• If canceled midway, the client is liable for work completed up to that point.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for:

• Any drop in search engine rankings due to algorithm changes.
• Website or hosting issues that may impact SEO performance.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Use of Website

• Do not copy, distribute, or exploit content on this Website without permission.
• Unlawful use or scraping of this site's content may result in legal action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
